Harding-Yost Insurance Receives Prestigious Personal Lines Agency of the Year Award from The Insurance Alliance Network

The Insurance Alliance Network presented Harding-Yost Insurance with its Personal Lines Agency of the Year Award in recognition of its outstanding growth in 2019. Jane Koppenheffer, President of The Insurance Alliance Network, presented the award as part of its 2019 Accelerations Sales Contest. The Insurance Alliance sponsored the 2019 Accelerations Sales Contest to challenge its sales staff from all its agencies.

In presenting the award to Harding-Yost, Jane Koppenheffer commented:

Harding-Yost Insurance certainly earned this award in 2019. Our Accelerations contest measured the growth over new business over the prior year. Each staff member needed to contribute in order for the agency to excel. Their success is driven by their reputation for service, combined with the insurance expertise of their staff and the breadth of insurance companies that they can offer clients.

Kenny Serfass Receives Diversification Award from The Insurance Alliance Network

On January 23, 2020, The Insurance Alliance Network presented Kenny Serfass of Miers Insurance with its Diversification Award in recognition of his outstanding achievement in its 2019 Accelerations Sales Contest.

In presenting the award to Kenny Serfass, Jane Koppenheffer, President of The Insurance Alliance, commented:

“The Insurance Alliance Network sponsored the 2019 Accelerations Sales Contest in order to recognize the performance of its Commercial Lines producers. About forty producers from eleven different Alliance member agencies participated in the contest. The Diversification Award recognizes the producer with the most new sales in agribusiness, energy, trucking, healthcare and technology segments in 2019.”

Ryan Rispoli Receives Prestigious Commercial Lines Producer of the Year Prize from The Insurance Alliance Network for the Fifth Time

On January 23, 2020, The Insurance Alliance of Central Pennsylvania presented Ryan Rispoli of HMK Insurance with its Commercial Lines Producer of the Year Prize in recognition of his outstanding achievement in its 2019 Accelerations Sales Contest.

In presenting the award to Ryan Rispoli, Jane Koppenheffer, President of The Insurance Alliance, commented:

The Insurance Alliance Network sponsored the 2019 Accelerations Sales Contest in order to recognize the performance of its Commercial Lines producers. Over forty producers from eleven different Alliance member agencies participated in the contest. The participants participated in educational and sales training meetings with the corporate and platinum sponsors of the contest. They also had the opportunity to build connections with other Alliance producers. Ryan’s outstanding production is a reflection of his professionalism, personal motivation, and the support he receives from his agency.

PDM Insurance Obtains Full Alliance Membership

PDM Insurance has been affiliated with The Alliance since 2015, and through their hard work, growth, and participation in Alliance objectives, have accepted an offer of full membership in the group.

PDM President Rita McMullen will join the Alliance Executive Committee, adding her extensive expertise in all facets of farm, crop, and agriculture insurance to our property and casualty operation
